In 2024, guided by our membership and Transforming Trials 2030 vision, we led projects and convenings on topics such as preserving clinical trial data quality in flexible trials, improving participant representativeness, use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in clinical development, and more. We are shaping the future of clinical research policy and practice, together.

Creating the Tools for Change
CTTI provides foundational tools to describe, empower, normalize, and understand change. To achieve this, we are evidence-driven, investigating pressing issues using fit-for-purpose approaches. In all our work, CTTI is inclusive and collaborative, convening our members and representative parties from across the clinical trials enterprise to encourage cross-sector interaction that does not happen in the course of regular business. CTTI offers a neutral table at which to vet opportunities, work through challenges, and create a shared understanding of complex topics and processes.
