Becoming a CTTI member organization is a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry, patients, regulators, and others to build new solutions for better, more efficient clinical trials.

As a CTTI member, you will:

CTTI members are responsible for identifying a Steering Committee representative, contributing annual membership dues (see below) to support activities, and projects and following CTTI's conflict of interest policy.

Annual Membership Dues | 2026

Member organizations pay annual dues, which support CTTI infrastructure expenses and projects. The annual dues on a calendar-year basis and end on December 31. CTTI will pro-rate the membership dues if joining after the first quarter of the year.

Academic Institutions: $5,750

Clinical Investigators/Sites and Research Networks: $5,750

Professional Societies, Institutional Review Boards, and Accreditation/Standard Setting Organizations: $5,750

Patient/Disease Advocacy Groups: $575 (available only to registered tax-exempt, non-profit organizations)

Please note: Representatives from government agencies and appointed patient/caregiver representatives are not required to pay dues. Dues are based on the relationship between the core business of an organization and CTTI's mission. CTTI also strives to have similar dues for relatively similar organizations.

Become a Patient/Caregiver Representative

Patient and caregiver representatives play a vital role in advancing CTTI’s mission by sharing their lived experiences, contributing to project teams, and collaborating with experts to improve clinical trials. Representatives commit to a three-year term, actively participating in meetings, offering insights, and helping to implement CTTI’s recommendations within the broader patient advocacy and clinical trials community.
